Shipping policy

We strive our hardest to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. Most of our items we offer with customization (engravable is noted on the item if available). If an item is a customized item, we will do our best to stick within our shipping time guidelines of getting it shipped within the 7-10 business days unless otherwise discussed or an item has to be special ordered in which you will be notified. To save on shipping rates orders are shipped complete and will not be separated unless otherwise discussed. 

Once your order(s) have left our facility, shipping speeds vary on the shipping carriers and is out of our hands at this point. Please continue to use tracking #(s) received to monitor the delivery progress.  In the event the order takes 10 or more days from the estimated delivery date originally received, please contact us at mf2025customercare@gmail.com to discuss further and for us to look into further to get a resolution.
